I perform solo guitar throughout South Orange County, from Laguna Beach to Dana Point and everything in between. Whether you're planning a low-key dinner with close friends or hosting a little something more upscale, live guitar brings warmth and personality to your space — without taking over the night.

What Does a Jazz Guitarist Actually Do?

No smoke machines. No "look-at-me" solos. Just clean, expressive guitar playing that gives your party the perfect soundtrack.

You’ll hear takes on jazz classics — think “Misty” or “Autumn Leaves” — but also bring some vintage tropical vibes with classic bossa novas, sambas, even some american surf sounds. I also perform a selection of pop or classic rock favorites. And if the vibe’s right, I’m happy to sing a few as the night unfolds.

Easy Setup. Big Atmosphere.

I show up with a small amp and guitar — no giant sound system needed. I can fit in a corner, on a patio, or even right next to your bar cart. Guests can talk comfortably, eat, drink, and enjoy themselves without ever feeling like they’re at a “performance.”

And since it’s just me, planning is simple. No wrangling a band, no big rider. Just music that feels good.

No problem. Maybe you start the evening with instrumental jazz during dinner, but then want something a little more upbeat once dessert hits the table. I can ease into some acoustic Americana, blues, or classic rock sing-alongs — still low-volume, but with just enough spark to get people tapping their feet.
